Visited on Dec 25th around 8:18 PM. The female employee with black horn-rimmed glasses literally slammed the tongs across the counter just because I didn't hear her the first time. ​When I confronted her, her only excuse was that she 'asked me to take them twice.' She was mumbling behind a mask—how was I supposed to hear? Even if I missed it, since when is it acceptable to throw equipment at a customer? She showed zero remorse and didn't even apologize. ​What’s worse is the hygiene. She threw the tongs onto a dirty counter area, and another staff member was about to use those same tongs to handle bread immediately after. It’s shocking that a bakery has absolutely no standards for hygiene or customer service. Extremely disappointed. 12월 25일, 20시18분 부근 테디뵈르하우스 롯데월드몰 지점 검정 뿔테 쓰신 직원분 계산 직전, 빵집게를 계산대쪽에 기분 나쁜듯 쎄게 소리나게 슬라이딩하듯이 던지더라구요 보통 쟁반에 올려놓을텐데 찾아가서 물어보니 집게 가져가라는 이야기를 두 번이나 했는데 안가져갔다고 하더라구요 못 들을수도 있죠, 두 번 이야기해서 안 챙겨가면 집게 던지는게 여기 지점 방침인가봐요 마스크 써서 안들리고 목소리도 너무 작던데 끝까지 미안하다고 이야기 안하고 본인은 여러번 이야기 했다고 하네요 포커스는 요식업인 빵집에서 집게를 직원 본인 기분이 안좋다고 던진겁니다 연휴에 바쁠수도 있고 힘들수 있어요 그렇다고 더러운 먼지있는 계산대 근처에 던지고 다른 직원은 그 집게로 바로 빵을 담으려고하고 관리 전혀안되는 매장이네요
